BLOCK #2 Reconstructing First Peoples and Inuit cultural identity: issues and perspectives The reconstruction of First Peoples and Inuit cultural identity is a complex and multidimensional process that requires a holistic approach. This block explores key issues in this reconstruction, with a focus on the repatriation of objects, the preservation of Indigenous archives, cultural and linguistic revitalization initiatives, the impacts of colonialism, and new solutions that improve relationships between Indigenous and non-Indigenous peoples.
